AD TYPES
How you can adjust reality to your own needs
NON-DEFORMABLE MOVING OBJECTS
Cars in motion are "moving non-deformable objects" as they do not change their shape while in motion.
Baxo algorithms identify in real-time moving objects' geometry and their sub-parts, such as doors, windows, wheels, etc.
Virtual
Characters
Interactive ads installed via digital characters (a person or a cartoon hero, digitally implanted into the AR space within
the app) in 3rd-party apps that use these characters as part of their offering.
Static
Geometry
Ads placed on static objects, that is, building windows, street signs, etc.
With this method, the ad accurately replaces the object with precise perspective, maintaining same-scene live experiences.
Screens
and Billboards
AR ads that replace outdoor video advertising real-estate or indoor monitors/LCDs. The algorithms used to detect the area
to be replaced are more complex.
Deformable
Moving Objects
People are a good example of “moving deformable objects”. Baxo technology can identify moving, deformable objects and recognize
the type of object while in motion, that is, a person, a dog, etc.
Partial Object
Replacement
It can then replace only the sub-object with the related ad. Take the Statue of Liberty as an example. Baxo algorithms can
replace the torch with a cola bottle or ice cream cone.

Token ledger and token upgrades Description Baxo token will implement and upgradeable design that will facilitate future enhancement of speed, scalability, performance,
functionality and business pivoting. A token upgrade is an imperative feature, enabling Baxo to create a real-time
sustainable solutions. Aspects of the token upgrade can vary from simple improvements (i.e. speed and scalability)
to the adaption of a new crypto technologies and new security as the overall ecosystem matures with time. This solution
provides a way to connect a single ledger to a chain of linked tokens. Baxo ledger and token design aims to achieve
several goals:
Allow the development team to upgrade the token in a single atomic action.
Upgrade action should force all token holders to participate in the upgrade
process.
Token owners will not be required to take any action, they will be
charge no gas fee and the trasition will be seemless.
Transactions gas cost for the tokens transfers will be relativity
low and close to the standard tokens transfers
cost. Tokens transfers will cost 64.3K Wei as compared to 82.3K MiniMe design. (Please refer to the following
link: https://medium.com/alice-si/upgradable-ethereum-contracts-b25f4c86c42b).
Upgrade cost for the tokenholder is 0.
Anyone can create an upgrade for the token, but only the development team is
allowed to connect the upgraded token to
the BackendLedger for allowing transfers.
Design BackendLedger
The only contract that holds the balances of token holders at any given
time
Must be linked to the first token in order to allow minting
LinkedLedgerToken
Token that is connected to a single backend ledger
Allow upgrading by passing all current token rights to the newly
upgraded token
Only the approved most up to date version of the token will allow
transfers between holders
Traditional Ads vs Blockchain disruption Today most traditional digital ads campaign come to terms in a centralized exchanges owned by companies that governs
and facilitate the terms, agreements, fees and data transfers between all parties.
We believe that Blockchain will disrupt the advertisers-publishers eco system in the near future. The disruption process
will provide all the benefits that are related to the Blockchain and be relevant to the advertisement interactions
for all parties:
1. Funds control - All funds management is done by the smart contracts. The funds, their sources and future
distribution are all visible for all parties at all times. The procedure of the campaign funds allocation, claims
and refund are all predefined and fixed for the duration of the campaign. No manipulation, no 3rd party trust required.
2. Transparency - Handling the distribution of funds after the campaign was launched by the advertiser is
transparent and automated by the smart contract. Every publisher claim for funds is verified and authenticated for
a valid view properties as defined by the Advertiser. The bidding system per location is transparent and cannot
be manipulated in favor of one player or another with ease as in centralized systems
3. Trusted Views - Fake views are a big problem in today's advertisement systems. Blockchain allow visible,
authenticated aggregation of views per Ad campaign. Using Baxo's SDK for AR platform on the end-user side and connect
it in a secure manner to the Blockchain provides all parties the ability to monitor the completion and progress of
every Ad campaign.
4. Flexibility - off-chain solutions will allow micro payments as very low bids per location can be handled.
Once aggregated, they will be uploaded to the Blockchain. This allow small bids and micro management for campaigns
that were not possible before.
5. Cutting the middle man - A big chunk of the profits are severed to the middle man in today's advertisement eco
system, Blockchain solutions will drastically reduce all 3rd parties fees and will provide higher incentive for all
parties to interact.
6. Transfers revolution - transfer time, commission cost, currency exchange, owner anonymity and many other
benefits that are shared within the Ethereum protocol will be come to play in every day exchange between the advertisers
and publishers.
Some of the features and characteristics related to blockchain solutions involve immutability, execution costs, connectivity
requirements, long interaction times and special security designs. In order to create an efficient, cost effective,
secure and agile implementation, we limit blockchain usage to critical parts of the ecosystem: solutions that require
transparency, anonymity, trust and fund transfer. For example, campaign budgets will be held and distributed via blockchain
to guarantee that all parties involved always maintain consensus about the state of the campaigns, funds distribution
and user-views validity.
All other aspects of the ecosystem will be implemented off-chain. Such as the Baxo AR SDK, the Baxo Ad Exchange, and user
portals (please see the “Interfaces” section below). Bidding, registrations, statistical data queries and all other
operations will be implemented off-chain. Interactions with the blockchain will be managed by the user portals. These
serve as a layer of communication between all parties (advertisers, publishers and trustees) and the blockchain, retrieving
state data and executing actions using Smart Contracts.
In order to be able to store large amounts of data and advertisers’ content on the Blockchain in a fast, trusted and transparent
way, we are plan on using SWARM, IPFS, Filecoin or Storjcoin as the storage locations for the content being shared
between parties.
Once the exchange and the interactions between advertisers and AR publishers are well established, we will proceed with moving
Baxo to the next phase. This phase will entail the implementation of direct interactions between the local service
advertisers and the user. For example, users in London are exposed to coffee ads incentivizing them to walk in to
the store and enjoy perks and other benefits. They are rewarded in Baxo, which they can later user in-store.
Our technology platform includes an SDK for AR app developers. 3rd party AR app developers install the Baxo SDK in a quick
and easy way by adding a couple lines of code to their app. The SDK is installed on the user's machine once they download
the AR app.
Baxo providers AR app developers and pubslihers with a"Publisher Portal" - a user interface that enables the publishers to
choose related categories (i.e. food, fashion, automobiles, etc.), languages, and even which AR ad types to display.
Advertisers have the option to select which languages they would like to use in their ads and to which audience. For example,
a campaign in Chinese can be set to be displayed in Chinese to all users in China, and to Chinese users in Paris.
Alternatively, a campaign in Russian can be set to be displayed in English for everyone outside of Russia.
